Paula Sanders Joins Flight Display Systems as General Manager

Flight Display Systems, the leader in retrofit in-flight entertainment equipment, announced today that Paula Sanders has joined the company as General Manager.
“Paula brings an incredible wealth of knowledge to Flight Display Systems from her experience in manufacturing and quality control,” said David Gray, Flight Display Systems’ Founder. “Paula is going to be a great General Manager and we will continue to provide our clients with the highest quality products and service.”
“David and his team have done an amazing job in growing Flight Display Systems product lines for cabin entertainment,” said Paula Sanders. “I am excited to help build Flight Display Systems as the leading in-flight entertainment company for retrofit aircraft.”
Paula Sanders Paula brings over fifteen years of manufacturing operations management experience to the Flight Display Systems team. Her experience includes Ingenico / IVI Checkmate, where she was Production and Operations Outsource Manager. Ms. Sanders oversaw vendor sourcing, managed outsource manufacturing and was responsible for master production schedules that helped to reduce inventory and greatly improve product delivery times. Ingenico is an international player in electronic payment solutions. Prior to Ingenico, Paula Sanders was Manufacturing Engineering Manager with Hill-Rom / Medaes (formerly Ohmeda Medical Engineering), where she oversaw production and quality processes for 18 product lines in the medical gas and vacuum systems industry. She started her career in manufacturing as an Electrical Specialist at Sampo Electronics Corporation. Ms. Sanders has trained under the Toyota Production System and Lean Manufacturing methods during her career. She earned a B.A. from Augusta State University and completed ISO-9001 training at the Georgia Institute of Technology.
