The First Cabin Management System Released for High-Definition

Flight Display Systems is presenting the Select CMS, a new Cabin Management System (CMS) introduced for the first time at NBAA 2009. Passengers can manage High-Definition video sources, audio, window shades, lighting, temperature, and many more cabin amenities with an easy touchscreen interface. Most importantly, the Select CMS is the industry’s first retrofit CMS with a High-Definition video backbone, giving passengers amazing video quality to enjoy popular Blu-ray movies during flight. It is available today with a 60-day lead time.

Compact, Easy Replacement for Compact Discs and Tape Players

At the NBAA 2009 Annual Convention, Flight Display Systems introduced a new MP3 player for in-flight entertainment systems. The 6 Genre Music Player provides up to 90 hours of music in one compact unit. Six independent memory cards hold up to 15 hours of music. Each card can be programmed by the user for different genres of music simultaneously broadcast throughout the cabin.

The Easiest Way to Add Full iPod Interface, with Power and Video

Flight Display Systems has released four new iPod interfaces designed for corporate and VIP aircraft. These new products allow passengers to easily share their music and movies throughout the aircraft on the cabin speakers, headphone jacks, wireless audio transmitters, monitors and via audio/video switching components.
