We have introduced two updated displays engineered specifically for military and law enforcement aircraft cockpit retrofit. The displays, a 7 inch High-Definition widescreen (FD70CV-M-C-1) and a 10 inch High Definition widescreen (FD102CV-C-1), can now be configured for Night Vision Goggle (NVG) usage and Sunlight Readability (High Bright). This is the first time Flight Display Systems has offered widescreen monitors in 7 and 10 inch sizes with these capabilities.

Flight Display Systems announces an exciting addition to our Cabin Management System, Select CMS Platinum. Users of our CMS can now control cabin electronics with their iPad. This release works with the original iPad, the iPad 2, the third generation iPad and the iPhone. The interface will be familiar as it is similar to our existing Cabin Control Modules (CCM). However, users can opt for an interface that is more Apple-centric.
Flight Display Systems today announced that Josh Woodall has joined the company as Customer Support Lead. Josh will be instrumental in bringing online a total quality program to cover products from initial concept to post-sale customer satisfaction, striving for continuous improvement. Josh brings with him over three years of experience in mission critical aircraft avionics support leadership as a Field Support Engineer Lead with the Sierra Nevada Corporation in Iraq. Additionally, Josh spent ten years in active duty with the Air Force.
