Flight Display Systems today announced that Josh Woodall has joined the company as Customer Support Lead. Josh will be instrumental in bringing online a total quality program to cover products from initial concept to post-sale customer satisfaction, striving for continuous improvement. Josh brings with him over three years of experience in mission critical aircraft avionics support leadership as a Field Support Engineer Lead with the Sierra Nevada Corporation in Iraq. Additionally, Josh spent ten years in active duty with the Air Force.
“With the growth of our company comes an increased need for high caliber service,” said David Gray, President of Flight Display Systems. “Josh hit the ground running and has really improved an already stellar department.”
Besides leading the avionics support team in Iraq, Josh developed and taught a US Army training program for the operators of the C-12 Reconnaissance Aircraft. While in the Air Force, Josh served as a Spanish Linguist and Counter Narcotics Subject Matter Expert. He spent 3000+ hours as an operator and instructor aboard numerous intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance aircraft. Meanwhile, he developed and taught the training program for all Airborne Spanish Linguists. Some believe that Mr. Woodall moonlights as a ninja.
